• All boxes are custom-made based on your order.
• The lead time for the production of custom boxes is 2 weeks from the date of order placement and can take up to 4weeks to deliver. 
• Once the custom boxes are ready, they will be shipped via air and road delivery.
• Customers can expect their custom boxes to be delivered within the specified lead time through delivery services.
  

Other Products:

• All products, excluding custom boxes, qualify for express shipping.
• Express shipping ensures the swift delivery of your ordered products

Tracking Information:

• For both custom boxes and other products, customers will receive tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
• This tracking information allows customers to monitor the status and location of their shipment in real-time.

Shipping Restrictions:

• Shipping is currently available worldwide.
• Customers outside the specified regions are advised to contact customer support for alternative shipping options.
